Terms of service | Loot Drop

These terms cover lootdrop.tools, The Drop newsletter, Armory products and the Respawn service (together, "Loot Drop", "we", "us"). By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Loot Drop.

1. Who we are

Loot Drop is the seller of the products and services on this site. Contact: thedrop@mail.grokbot.com.

2. Payments and merchant of record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for all our orders. It handles checkout, payment processing, sales tax and VAT, receipts, and billing questions, and Lemon Squeezy's own buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Prices are shown in USD. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live.

3. The Drop and our rankings

The Drop is free. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Rankings, tier lists and reviews are our editorial opinion, based on our tests and public information on the date stated. Tools change fast, so prices and features may have changed since we checked.
Rankings are never for sale. Sponsored content is always labeled. Some links may be affiliate links, which we disclose.
Nothing on Loot Drop is legal, financial or security advice for your specific situation.

4. Armory products and the license

When you get an Armory pack (free or paid), you get a license to use, copy and modify its files in any number of your own projects, personal or commercial, with no attribution required.
You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the pack itself, or a substantially similar copy, as a standalone product or free download. Sharing a link to our page is fine.
Paid packs are delivered as instant downloads. Refunds follow our refund policy.
Prices shown for packs marked "coming soon" are planned prices and may change before release.

5. Respawn service

Quote first. We send a written quote with a flat fee, the issues covered, and a time estimate. Work starts only after you accept and pay it. Time estimates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.
Scope. We fix the issues listed in the quote. Anything else needs a new quote.
Access. You give us the limited access needed for the job (for example, a collaborator invite on one repo). Never send passwords or production secrets; we'll tell you how to set them yourself. You can revoke access at any time, and we stop using it at handoff.
Your code stays yours. You own your code and every change we deliver. We keep your code confidential and delete our working copies within 30 days of handoff.
Backups and review. Fixes arrive as pull requests for you to review and merge. Keep your own backups, and review changes before you deploy them.
Guarantee and refunds follow our refund policy.
We may decline any job, including anything illegal, harmful, or built to break other people's systems or terms of service.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site or forms: no spam, malware, attempts to break in or overload the site, or submissions that contain other people's private data.

8. No warranty

Except for the Respawn guarantee described in our refund policy, Loot Drop, its content and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Templates and prompts guide AI tools; you're responsible for reviewing what those tools change in your code.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Loot Drop isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service involved in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don't apply to orders placed before the change.
